Site Rules:
 

  • Post Properly. Make sure you are posting in the right areas! We don't want a character application floating around in the Mess Hall or you wanted to roleplay in the pool area but accidentally somehow swam in someone's cabin! Mistakes happen! Please pay attention.




  • Keep it PG-13. We get it! The camp is for many things! But sometimes we gotta leave it at home! PG-13 is a middle ground for mild things. Any topics such as mature topics like mental health and sexual themes are rated M. 




  • Follow the plot. Try to follow the plot and sub-plots so we can move the story along. You can have all the scenes you want but please move the plot along!




  • "BloodyTearz666". When choosing a name for your account, we recommend one or two words. One word names, like "Icee" or "Star". This is recommended if you are roleplaying more than one character. For two names use your character's name, it would look something like "Bubbles Plutonium."




  • Things will change. Over time these rules can change. Beware of this, as we will make announcements of that. We have the right to change, edit, add or remove rules.




  • Acceptance. By signing up an account on this forum you agree you have read these rules and understand them. If you don't please ask Camp Mistress Sunshine. If you break any of them you will have a two-day ban.

 
 
 
 
RP Rules:
 

  • There is no character limit. If you need to make multiple profiles go ahead. Make sure you can keep track of them. We recommend if you have a camp counselor and a camper(s) you make separate accounts for them. If you don't want them anymore you can donate them (we will make a character adoption later if this is a problem.)




  • And then she said "k". We have a recommended RP style, but you can use your own. We recommend that your post be longer than 250 words, that's longer than a tweet. We are pretty sure you can do that. No one liners, please!




  • Consent is classy. Don't be that person that hijack's other people's characters or does something without permission. Some actions, of course, you don't have to ask but others just make sure!




  • i luv pai~~~! Look after your spelling, grammar, and syntax! We need to be able to understand your character and what you are trying to explain. We will allow characters who have accents or poor understanding of English to be the only time you can "misspell" words.




  • Consistency is key. Please try to keep everything consistent about the scene. For example, if everyone is swimming, then they should be swimming that whole scene. If the scene starts in the morning time should flow consistency.




  • The Forum's RP Style. We have a recommended RP style on the forum. Of course, you could use your own or tweak it.

 

Character Rules:
 

  • "Ebony Dark'ness Dementia Raven Way..." Make sure to not have too many crazy things when it comes to your character. You wanna be the emo camper? Good, but don't go around making everyone miserable. You wanna be the popular kid? Awesome, but note that not everyone's character will like you. If you put too much we will ask you to tone it down.




  • "I'm pretty, smart, and everyone likes me!". No Mary Sues or Gary Stus, please! If you don't know what that is, it's basically a character who is all around perfect with no flaws and everyone likes them. If you think you may have one just ask Camp Mistress Sunshine.




  • Same hat? Same Hat… On this forum, we use cartoon characters and anime characters for avatars for our characters. Please look at the face claim to see which characters are taken. We don't accept characters with the same face unless they are twins.




  • Consistency is key. Please try to keep everything consistent about your character. If you list them as funny, they should be funny. They should not be the opposite of that, of course, if they are in a bad mood. If your character is 15 make sure they are 15 throughout summer camp unless they have a June, July, August or September birthday.
